For example, a record can be taken when a door is opened, a panic alarm is activated or vehicle movements occur providing operators extra control and visibility over the status of their fleets.

As required, you will know the exact positions of your vehicles and colour-coded symbols can tell you their current status including ignition on/off, speed violation, excess idle, harsh braking as well as engine status reports.

PLANNING AND ACTIVITY TRACKING

C-track shows you how your fleet is performing against planned schedules. The system can be set up so you receive the information once a vehicle leaves a pre-defined until it arrives at a pre-selected destination. C-track can also be used to monitor historical data and gain insight into the effectiveness of your fleet.

At any time you can view a vehicle’s current location, routes taken, locations visited, down-time and driving times – any trip, any vehicle has ever made can be replayed.

REPORTING

C-track provides a comprehensive, accurate and totally objective insight into the activity and performance of your vehicles and mobile workforce. At the click of a mouse button, daily reports, “location stop” reports, movement reports and exception reports can be sent to your screen or printer, providing the information required for better informed business decisions.

JOB ALLOCATION AND WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT

C-track Workflow and C-track Job-Go operate alongside the C-track system and utilise satellite navigation-enabled PDAs or handheld computers. They enable fleet operators to monitor resource availability and better manage the work allocation process. In addition, these solutions provide drivers with an advanced navigational tool and two-way communication with the office to reduce journey times and improve fleet efficiency.

C-track Job-Go allows fleet operators to allocate jobs in real-time to ensure the most effective use of mobile assets. The software identifies the most suitable vehicle for a job using a range of parameters including distance, work-load and remaining working time. Vehicles are contacted utilising the two-way messaging service and drivers can then accept or reject the job, or navigate immediately to the destination.

C-track Workflow gives an overview of fleet activity, providing details on vehicle status and resource availability. An office-based fleet manager or job scheduler can access vehicle and driver details and understand which mobile assets are available, at a job, or on-route.
